Aerobic Climb/ Aerobic Circuit
Aerobic Climb and Aerobic Circuit are our performance based climb classes. Using metrics on the climber and combining these with on-the-floor movements which target the core, glutes and other muscle groups. This one is a must to compliment your regular strength training regime or great on its own!
